Basic cleaning plants- In this plant, we do the following three steps:
- Aspiration: t means removal or lent mournes ke dust. strines. nar sman narticies or blastic. naber etc. IT Is done with the use of air suction or air blower
- Separation of impurities based on size: It means removal of “oversized” and “undersized” impurities using a screen grader/ screening device having at-least two screens.
- Density separation: It means removal of “heavier” impurities like stones, glass particles, metal particles etc., using a vacuum or pressure density separator/ destoner machine.
Mid range cleaning plants- In this plant, we do the following four steps:
- Aspiration: It means removal of light impurities like dust, strings, hair, small particles of plastic, paper etc. It is done with the lice of air suction or air blower
- Separation of impurities based on size: It means removal of “oversized” and “undersized” impurities using a screen grader/ screening device having at-least two screens.
- Density separation: It means removal of “heavier” impurities like stones, glass particles, metal particles etc., using a vacuum or pressure density separator/ destoner machine.
- Magnetic separation: It means removal of sand and mud particles having ferrous content, using a very powerful, permanent magnet.
Full range cleaning plants- In this plant, we do the following five steps:

- Separation of impurities based on size: It means removal of “oversized” and “undersized” impurities using a screen grader/ screening device having at-least two screens.
- Density separation: It means removal of “heavier” impurities like stones, glass particles, metal particles etc., using a vacuum or pressure density separator / destoner machine.
- Magnetic separation: It means removal of sand and mud particles having ferrous content. using a very powerful, permanent magnet.
- Gravity separation: It means separation of “hollow” seeds and other “lighter” particles from good quality “heavy” seeds.
- Color sorting/camera sorting: It means separation of any particle which does not fall under the “color” range of a “good’ seed. This includes any foreign particle as well as the seeds/grain which are discoloured due to improper growth, un-seasons rain etc. or infected with fungus / mould etc.
Capacities available with us: We manufacture and supply the seed grain cleaning plants with the following capacities:
- 800 t0 1000 kg/hr (on wheat or maize basis).
- 1800 to 2000Kg/hr (on wheat or maize basis).
- 4000 to 5000Kg/hr (on wheat or maize basis).
Custom design and options: We can offer our standard plant layout/design and also make it according to the dimensions available in your building (layout/design charges apply for custom layouts).
Metal structure/platform, electrical control panel, type of conveyor /elevator (bucket elevator, “Z” type elevator, screw conveyor etc.), type and size of grain storage tanks etc, are customizable and optional. You may order it trom Avity or also buy locally.
