This is a custom designed plant that is used for;

• Removing of impurities from whole, dry garlic bulbs and size grading of garlic bulbs.
• De-podding of whole grlic bulbs to separate individual garlic cloves from it.
• Size grading of individual garlic cloves.
• Peeling, washing and manual sorting of large sized garlic cloves.
• Washing and garlic paste making of medium sized garlic cloves.
• Standard capacity available is 1000Kg/hr on input basis but we can custom design it for capcities upto 3000Kg/hr if required.
